AVAILABLE COURSES
Courses below are six weeks in length. Students may also register for a 3-week course, which is the first three weeks of the courses listed below.
Those 3-week courses are designated with an "S" (short), MSA101S, MSA102S, etc. and are 60 hours.
Private Lessons:
Any student studying either CMA or MSA outside the framework of the scheduled ALIF courses is considered a private student and may study between two and twenty hours/week. Private students may select from regular ALIF course offerings or request a tailor-made tutorial in a specialized field, such as Arabic Poetry, Advanced Grammar, Islamic Law, Commerce, etc. Advanced students or researchers may request to read specific texts with a private teacher. Private courses are available throughout the year but depend on teacher availability, so it is important for students to submit requests for private study as early as possible.
Online Instruction:
In the event that a student is unable to travel to ALIF for in-person instruction, ALIF offers online instruction. Most courses, as individual or group lessons, are available for online instruction. Please get in touch with the ALIF administrative coordinator at alif-fes@acamorocco.org with any questions about online coursework.
Online instruction may not exceed three (3) hours per day.
